Monika Thadhani received her Master in Architecture from Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago and another Master in Architecture from the University of Technology in Wroclaw, Poland. She has teaching experience at the University of Technology in Wroclaw, as a teaching assistant for a design studio at IIT and with the summer Venice Workshops.

She has 11 years of experience in Architecture and has worked for several architecture companies in Chicago and Poland. As an architect she has been involved in every phase of a project including programming, space planning, schematic design, design development and construction documentation. Her work practice is very diverse and includes projects for residential, commercial, institutional and government work. She has also been involved in sustainable design and LEED certification process.
