Theodore (Ted) G. Fery serves as National Director for VOA’s Federal/Department of Defense projects throughout the United States. He has 35 years of architectural and management experience with renovation and new construction projects including public offices, administrative and headquarters buildings, aviation facilities, military housing, dining facilities, training facilities, equipment maintenance facilities, and laboratories totaling nearly $3 Billion of construction value.

Mr. Fery is responsible for project design, planning, scheduling, and overall project design development, and provides oversight and control of design analysis, design quality control plans, sustainable design / LEED Cri teria, and project budgets.

Mr. Fery also has 28 years of experience with the US Army Reserves as an Engineer Officer, and the last 10 years of which he worked as a Facility Manager, Military Occupation Specialty (MOS) with the 416th Engineer Command. He has experience acting as Contracting Officer, Engineering Representative, and Architect for both the Government and Civilian sectors.
