Christopher Groesbeck and Lutz Barndt interviewed by CCTV

Chicago-based architects working in China continue to attract media coverage. China recently announced plans for further dramatic expansion of its cities and urbanization of its population. Against this backdrop, CCTV (China Central Television) America’s Roza Kazan visited VOA’s Chicago offices and interviewed VOA Principal Chris Groesbeck, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP and Vice President Lutz Barndt, AIA about the opportunities for designing in China and specifically mentioned Beijing’s New Material R&D Institute designed by VOA. Kazan also spoke with DePaul University Geography Chair Euan Hague about urbanization and public transport.
