VOA provided conceptual design, architecture, interior design, and construction administration services for two themed stores that enhances the retail experience at the Orlando International Airport Landside terminal. The newly refreshed stores provide an enjoyable atmosphere while keeping with the brand’s signature style. The two projects were phased and the East Side Store opened in November 2010.
The East Side Store, themed “Six Stars of SeaWorld” celebrates the stars of the theme park including whales, polar bears, manatees, dolphins, sharks, and penguins. The atmosphere engages the visitor through captivating water motion lighting, aquatic sounds, video and graphics. The design elements were created to welcome the visitor and create fond memories of their visit to Orlando.
