Details:
This early 20th-Century industrial building originally constructed for the Chicago Daily News was redeveloped to house luxury lofts, and the building’s envelope was restored to its original condition. The remaining land on this urban site was cleared for forty-two new three-story townhouses designed around a private green courtyard. The new masonry buildings are enriched with stone and steel lintels and generous bay windows.
