Dalian Central Cultural District Master Plan

Details:

The concept is to create a destination centered on the Cinema and performing arts culture. The CCD plan connects public plaza spaces and pedestrian streets to create a focus beyond individual buildings.  These spaces connect the multiple parcels and offer opportunities for public events.  The result is an urban environment that has appeal for all ages and is geared toward family activities. Support office, retail and educational facilities are included to create a sustainable community.
