Fort Mellon Park

Details:

New community park in which VOA provided architecture.  The project consists of a $1 million dollar interactive play fountain, 4-tower fort-themed playground, Grande Plaza and lawn to accommodate large special events, as well as basketball courts, restroom buildings, custom shade structures and pavilions, gardens, and a lakefront overlook. Design also included a new 3,000 SF activities center which will be constructed at a later date.
