Details:
VOA provided full architectural services for all buildings within the City of Bartow’s new, $14 million, state-of-the-art water treatment plant. Tetra Tech, Inc, of Orlando, FL served as lead consultants for the project team, with VOA participating as Architect of Record. The main component of the project is the administration/ control laboratory building, which features solar-shaded windows and a control room with visual access to the entire plant.
