Details:

Transformed the original 135 room, 5-star luxury hotel, located in Miami’s Historic Art-Deco District, into a 45 room boutique hotel with interior space designed by Kelly Wearstler. Renovated the hotel’s restaurant, lobby, exterior, seating areas and pool.

On-going coordination with the KOR Group design and construction team, understanding the existing building conditions, and permitting within the South Beach Historic District, meant a complicated but well thought out project.
