Design efforts involved the creation of a new 150,000 square foot manufacturing hall with a focus on creating a flexible space for robotic, manufacturing machinery. Project work included a two level office and conference facility for the organization’s Asian and Pacific operations. To ensure employee comfort, several on-site amenities were designed; such as, locker, fitness, dining, and game rooms. The planning effort utilized the adjacent public park and outdoor space to enhance the outdoor amenities. In the spirit of the Chinese traditional design, the building pairs the contemporary feel with the historic roof, allowing this feature to dominate the image of the building as a focal point.
