The project represents the latest thinking in how to accommodate a highly mobile workforce in an ever increasingly congested metropolis.  Dulles Station West is the first of three linked centers around the Washington DC beltway designed to allow complete flexiblity where nobody actually possesses an assigned office or workstation.  Old “hoteling” models were thrown out and a totally new idea was embraced to achieve this level of flexibility.
