Architect of Record for 12-story plus penthouse hotel and conference center that includes 53,000 square feet of meeting space, 10 guestroom levels with 556 rooms, a 50,000 square foot expansion of the existing conference center, and 30,000 square feet of restaurant space. VOA incorporated the client’s goal to use local materials and to include green roof and other energy-saving components to reduce the hotel’s environmental impact.
