Details:
Project efforts included the development of a new Mental Health Building that includes an inpatient psychiatric facility and a new 173,000 square foot multi-story addition that consolidates mental health, sexual trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) centers of excellence, and consists of 167,000 square feet of renovation within three buildings. The addition and renovation work addresses the aging infrastructure, and supports patient privacy, and access needs for staff. The successful compliance planning for energy efficiency and sustainability will allow this building to be LEED Silver certified in 2016.
