Our history working with the Department of Defense began 30 years ago, and in that time we have successfully completed $3.1 billion in Military Construction and more than 100 design-build contracts totaling $1.5 billion.  VOA’s broad facility type experience includes aviation, military housing, maintenance facilities, central energy plants, recreational and fitness facilities, laboratories, child development centers, dining facilities, headquarters, administrative and training type buildings throughout the United States. VOA is committed to providing quality design services to our Nation’s Military and to that end has established a Department of Defense Design Team that is highly qualified in the latest design trends, leaders in planning and design and experienced in Federal standards and processes.
