University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Sage Hall

Sage Hall is home to the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh’s College of Business and other academic departments.  The planning strategy of this 191,000 square-foot LEED Gold building, developed in partnership with Berners-Schober Associates of Green Bay, maximizes daylight harvesting and reduces heat gain while it facilitates faculty-student interaction on all four levels.  Radiant-floor heating, solar thermal panels, a green roof and rain gardens are among its many sustainable features.

Sage Hall facilitates formal academic instruction, informal experiential learning, and social interaction among students and faculty within a multi-disciplinary building that demonstrates best practices of sustainable design.
