Details:
Renovated a 20,000 square foot industrial building for a motion picture pre and post-production space designed to reflect distinct Hollywood eras. Incorporated sustainable design elements including a green roof, photovoltaic panels, day light harvesting and recycled materials. The successful use of sustainable design methods were recognized with the award of the LEED NC Gold certification.
